A bet may be voided in the following situations:
In parlay bets, if one of the events is voided, that event's odds are replaced by 1.00 (equivalent to a return of the amount wagered on that event) and the bet slip remains valid with the remaining events in the parlay.
If an odd is published with an obvious error (for example, an odd of 50.00 for an event with a highly predictable outcome), the 509bet reserves the right to void bets placed at that odd and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. This right will only be exercised in cases of proven and documented error, not as a practice of cancelling legitimate winning bets.
The casino section of the 509bet includes slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, crash games, and other casino games provided by licensed third-party suppliers. The RTP (return to player) for each game is set by the providers and is available in each title's information section.
Live casino tables are operated by human dealers in a studio setting, with HD streaming in Portuguese. The 509bet has no control over the outcome of each hand or round — results are determined by real physical cards (live casino) or by audited random number generators (automated games).
Crash games such as Aviator and similar titles have their multiplier determined by a provably fair algorithm audited by third parties. The 509bet maintains active systems for fraud monitoring, promotional abuse, and suspicious activity. The following behaviors constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate action by the platform:
